Material characteristics of woven bag fabric

The material characteristics of woven bag fabric can be summarized into the following four aspects:

1. Basic Material Characteristics: Mainly made of polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), it belongs to thermoplastic resins and is characterized by its non-toxic, tasteless, and odorless properties, making it a representative of lightweight plastics. Its high crystallinity, regular structure, and ordered molecular chain arrangement contribute to its excellent mechanical properties.

II. Excellent mechanical properties: Strength and toughness: High tensile strength, fracture strength close to that of metals, and wet strength close to dry strength, with good wear resistance; Solvent resistance: Strong corrosion resistance to most organic solvents (such as lipids), but high temperatures or strong oxidants may degrade performance.

III. Good chemical stability: It can withstand general acid and alkali corrosion, but is sensitive to strong acids and alkalis such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid. It has good electrical properties and excellent weather resistance, making it suitable for long-term use under various environmental conditions.

4. Wide range of application scenarios. It is suitable for use in packaging, logistics, and other fields due to its portability, durability, low cost, and long service life.
